All services listed on HolidayNxt.com are provided by third-party suppliers (“Service Providers”). HolidayNxt.com acts only as an intermediary and earns commission on bookings.

By using the Platform, you agree that HolidayNxt.com is not the actual service provider.

2. Role of HolidayNxt.com

We only facilitate booking and payment processing on behalf of Service Providers.

The responsibility for providing services (hotel stay, car rental, tour package, event service, etc.) lies solely with the Service Provider.

HolidayNxt.com is not liable for:

Quality of services

Availability

Delays or cancellations

Incorrect information provided by Service Providers

Any act or omission of the Service Provider

3. Payment, Commission & Settlement

All payments made by customers on HolidayNxt.com are collected on behalf of Service Providers.

After receiving payment, HolidayNxt.com will:

Deduct its commission

Deduct applicable taxes (GST)

Transfer the remaining amount to the respective Service Provider.

Commission and settlement timelines will be communicated to Service Providers separately in the Service Provider Agreement.

HolidayNxt.com is not responsible for any disputes between customers and Service Providers related to pricing or service quality.

4. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after the customer receives a confirmation email or SMS.

Service Providers may decline or modify bookings due to availability or technical issues.

If a booking is declined, the customer will receive a full or partial refund as per the provider’s policy.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations and refunds are governed by the individual policies of Service Providers.

HolidayNxt.com will process refunds only after receiving cancellation confirmation from the Service Provider.

Refunds will be issued after deducting:

HolidayNxt.com commission

Applicable taxes

Service Provider cancellation charges

Refunds for eligible bookings may take 7–14 working days.

Non-refundable bookings will not be refunded under any circumstances.

No-show by the customer will be treated as non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

6. User Responsibilities

By using HolidayNxt.com, the user agrees to:

Provide accurate personal and contact information.

Ensure payment details are valid and authorized.

Review all booking details, terms, and cancellation rules before confirming.

Abide by rules and policies of the respective Service Providers.

Not use the portal for fraudulent or illegal activities.

7. Service Provider Responsibilities

Service Providers must:

Provide accurate information (pricing, availability, inclusions, exclusions, etc.).

Honor confirmed bookings.

Maintain service quality as per industry standards.

Handle customer grievances professionally.

Provide timely updates regarding cancellations or service changes.

8. Liability Disclaimer

HolidayNxt.com is not liable for:

Cancellation of bookings by Service Providers

Misconduct or negligence of Service Providers

Loss or damage to personal belongings

Delay, overbooking, or service interruption

Injury, accident, or death during travel or stay

HolidayNxt.com’s liability is limited strictly to the commission earned from the affected booking.

9. Pricing & Taxes

Prices shown on the Platform are provided by Service Providers.

Taxes such as GST, state taxes, and other surcharges may apply.

HolidayNxt.com is not responsible for pricing errors made by Service Providers.

10. Intellectual Property

All logos, content, design, images, and graphics on HolidayNxt.com are the property of HolidayNxt.com.

Users and Service Providers may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

All user information is handled as per our Privacy Policy.

HolidayNxt.com takes reasonable measures to protect customer data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Termination

HolidayNxt.com reserves the right to:

Suspend or terminate user accounts

Cancel bookings

Restrict platform access
In cases of fraud, misuse, or violation of terms.
