Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Nature of Services

HolidayNxt.com is an Online Travel Agent (OTA) that facilitates digital bookings for:

Hotels

Car rentals

Tour packages

Events

All services are fulfilled by third-party service providers. No physical product is shipped by HolidayNxt.com.

2. Delivery of Booking Confirmation

Once the customer completes a booking and payment, HolidayNxt.com will deliver:

Booking Confirmation

Digital Invoice

Service Voucher / Ticket (if provided by the service provider)

Delivery method:

Email to the customer’s registered email address

SMS / WhatsApp alerts (if applicable)

Customer Dashboard on HolidayNxt.com

Delivery timeframe:

Instant for most online bookings

Up to 24 hours in case the service provider requires manual confirmation

Customers will be notified in case of any delay

3. Delivery of Service Vouchers

Service vouchers for hotels, car rentals, tours, or events will be issued by HolidayNxt.com on behalf of the Service Provider.

Some vouchers may be sent directly by the Service Provider to HolidayNxt.com before being forwarded to the customer.

All vouchers are delivered digitally — no physical documents are sent by courier.

4. Delivery Failure

Delivery of booking details may fail due to:

Incorrect email address or phone number

Network or server issues

Payment processing delays

Service provider confirmation delays

If customers do not receive their booking confirmation within the expected timeframe, they should contact:

5. Payment Collection & Settlement (For Service Providers)

HolidayNxt.com partners with multiple service providers. As part of our digital delivery system:

HolidayNxt.com collects the full payment from customers on behalf of the Service Provider.

After receiving payment, HolidayNxt.com will:

Deduct its commission

Deduct applicable taxes (GST)

Transfer the remaining balance amount to the respective Service Provider.

Payment settlement timelines:

Within 3–7 working days after service completion, unless otherwise agreed.

All settlement information will be delivered digitally to the Service Provider via:

Email

Settlement reports

Dashboard updates (if available)

6. Digital Document Storage

Customers can download their:

Booking invoices

Order history

Vouchers

Cancellation confirmations
from their HolidayNxt.com account.

HolidayNxt.com retains digital records for compliance and user convenience.

7. No Physical Shipping

HolidayNxt.com does not:

Ship physical tickets

Mail booking documents via courier

Provide hard copies of invoices or vouchers

All services are delivered electronically only.
