Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and payment settlements are handled.

1. General Terms

All bookings made through HolidayNxt.com are subject to the individual cancellation and refund policies of the respective Service Providers.

HolidayNxt.com acts only as an intermediary and is not responsible for the delivery, modifications, or cancellation of services by Service Providers.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 User-Initiated Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made before the applicable cancellation deadline specified by the Service Provider at the time of booking.

If cancelled within the free cancellation period, the user will receive a refund as per the provider’s policy.

If cancelled after the free cancellation period, cancellation charges will apply as defined by the Service Provider.

2.2 No-Show

If the user fails to show up for the booked service, it will be treated as a No-Show, and no refunds will be provided unless the Service Provider allows it.

2.3 Provider-Initiated Cancellations

If a Service Provider cancels or is unable to provide the booked service:

The user is entitled to a full or partial refund as per the provider’s terms.

HolidayNxt.com will process the refund after receiving confirmation from the Service Provider.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed only after HolidayNxt.com receives the cancellation confirmation from the Service Provider.

HolidayNxt.com deducts:

Platform Commission

Applicable Taxes (GST)

Any cancellation charges by the Service Provider

The remaining balance amount will be refunded to the user’s original payment method.

3.2 Refund Timeline

Refunds are usually processed within 7 to 14 working days from the date of confirmation from the Service Provider.

In some cases, banks or payment gateways may take additional time to reflect the refund.

3.3 Non-Refundable Bookings

Some bookings are marked as Non-Refundable by Service Providers. For such bookings:

HolidayNxt.com will not issue any refunds.

Users are advised to read the specific booking conditions before payment.

4. Modifications & Amendments

Booking modifications such as date changes, name changes, or service upgrades are subject to provider rules and may incur additional charges.

HolidayNxt.com does not guarantee the acceptance of modification requests.

5. Commission Deduction

HolidayNxt.com receives payment on behalf of the Service Provider.

Refunds issued to users will be after deducting HolidayNxt.com’s commission and applicable taxes, unless the Service Provider explicitly agrees to absorb or refund these charges.

6. Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises regarding cancellations or refunds, HolidayNxt.com will coordinate with the Service Provider on behalf of the customer.

The final decision will depend on the Service Provider’s policies and availability of evidence.
